The staff is friendly, we managed to put a third bed in a room for two for the child, for which we are grateful, we were given the opportunity to choose a room with the best view of the Kremlin from the window, and a buffet breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel a long time ago, when it was still called simply Russia, without Amaks. Inside, everything has changed for the better. Finishing, cleanliness. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The reception staff is polite. The location is convenient, not far from the Kremlin.

The room, the view from the windows and from the balcony, the attitude of the staff is very friendly, breakfast, in general, that's it, and we'll come again! We recommend it to everyone!

Great view of the Novgorod Kremlin and wonderful staff who brought a bottle of champagne after learning about my birthday. There is a marina nearby where you can go boating. Walking distance to all major attractions. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is located on the opposite shore from the Novgorod Kremlin. The rooms offer magnificent views of the river and the Kremlin itself. Convenient transportation location of the hotel, there is Parking for hotel guests traveling by car. The breakfast is continental, the choice of dishes is sufficient not to stay hungry, everything is delicious. There are complex lunches and dinners, the price tag is 400 rubles per person, it is quite acceptable and tasty. There is also a restaurant menu. I rented a studio room on the 3rd floor. The room is renovated. Great beds, new plumbing, everything is working. In a word, I liked everything.

The buffet is simply gorgeous. The dining room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. Large parking area. Cleanliness in the room. Modern finishing materials.

The first is the excellent location in the historical part of the city. It's quiet, so you can have a good rest. Secondly, I really liked the hotel staff. They are polite, attentive, and helpful. The third is a delicious, varied breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife for 4 days. The hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet part of the city, but at the same time next to the magnificent historical complex Yaroslavova Dvorishcha, a five- to ten-minute walk from the pedestrian bridge and the entrance to the Kremlin. Great view from the balcony in the room to the Volkhov, the Kremlin towers and the belfry of St. Sophia Cathedral, only part of the panorama is covered by trees. Partly due to the convenient location of the hotel, the planned program of stay in Novgorod was even exceeded. We had lunch and dinner in the city, but the breakfast buffet turned out to be even better than expected. A large selection of dishes, everything is fresh and deliciously cooked. The restaurant has a children's corner where kids can play while their parents are busy. The staff tries very hard to do everything possible for the convenience of customers. Any problem that arises is solved instantly. The rooms were cleaned regularly. The hotel is also clean. The sound insulation in the rooms is not very good. If there is noise behind the wall or in the corridor, then you can hear it well. But by the time we were going to rest, everything had already subsided. During our stay, it got very cold and there was a strong wind, but the room was quite comfortable, and it was even hot for me under the hotel blanket. There is a refrigerator in the room, and there are 2 coolers in the lobby on the floor, so that the products you bring with you will not spoil and you can always drink tea. We really enjoyed it! If necessary, we will stay in the hotels of this chain again.

Definitely a good location. The presence of a cooler, including hot water. We were unlucky with the weather, so a cup of hot tea at any moment is a big plus. Very clean, both in the room and in the hotel itself. This is always important to me, so I was surprised by the opposite reviews. The towels and bed linen were pure white. The breakfast is good, varied enough to suit every taste. Yes, no frills, but you don't have to expect more from a 3-star hotel. I think that the hotel honestly earns its stars. At the same time, the courtesy of the staff deserves much more appreciation!!!
