I liked everything from A to z! I want to note the cleanliness in the room! There was nothing to find fault with! The room smelled like the Ritz-Carlton! (I have worked in the chain of these hotels for more than 10 years!) Very polite and friendly staff! A very good breakfast! Location is a different story! A minute away from the Kremlin! I want to thank the girl Diana on the front desk! I would give this hotel at least 4 stars, but not 3! Well done!!! I heartily recommend it!

I liked everything-bed linen, towels of excellent quality. The room was standard with a view of the river. The balcony has panoramic glazing. And you see boats and pleasure boats passing by. The breakfasts are excellent. Plus lots of fruits (there was a watermelon!)I didn't want to leave.

It's a very cool hotel! Great location! A very extensive buffet breakfast! Everything is delicious! The room is nice, but not very big, with a refrigerator, clean, high-quality linen is pleasant to the body, and I really liked the high beds, which are rarely found anywhere. This room has a balcony and views of the Kremlin and the embankment. The staff is lovely, polite, and they look very nice. I sincerely recommend this hotel! Thank you for the beautiful, pleasant service - the weekend was just great!

The hotel has just been renovated, so it is clean, new furniture and plumbing and linen. Everything is great. The hotel quietly "pulls" on 4*. We took a room with breakfast and did not regret it, a great selection of dishes, and coffee beans. The staff girls are very friendly. As a compliment, we have increased the status of the room at no extra charge. The hotel is located on the banks of the Volkhov River, a 5-minute walk to the Gorbaty Bridge and the Kremlin is visible from the windows. Nearby Yaroslavovo Dvorishche and the ancient Shopping Mall.

the view of Volkhov is wonderful, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need, the staff is friendly, we were checked in earlier and on the day of departure we left things in the luggage room for the whole day - thanks for such care! The breakfasts are super varied. The hotel is beyond praise. Sometimes it's a little noisy outside, but you can close the window and turn on the air conditioner. A good hotel with the best location (in the historical part, near the Kremlin, Yaroslav's Courtyard, on the banks of the Volkhov River). The staff is polite. The room is clean, everything is working (refrigerator, hairdryer, TV). The food in the restaurant is delicious (you can't take it with you, though). Towels and shampoo-gel are available in the room. Other items (slippers, shower cap, etc.) are available on request. There is a ramp, a large elevator and rooms for people with limited mobility.

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful view of the Kremlin and Volkhov. We lived in a two-room family room with four people, everything was fine. Only the refrigerator is too small for our family))). Bike rental is very successful, we rode along the embankment with pleasure. The restaurant serves complex lunches (up to 16) and dinners (from 18) according to its menu.
