Nice hotel! The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient. Everything went comfortably, leaving only positive impressions. We will be happy to stay here again!

A very pleasant experience from the stay. The hotel turned out to be exactly as expected: clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything was working properly in the room, and the bed was very comfortable. I would like to mention the staff separately — the staff are friendly, answer any questions quickly and create the feeling that guests are really welcome here. I was pleased with the convenient location: you can walk to the center and the main attractions without haste, there are cafes and shops nearby. After a busy day, it was nice to return to the cozy room. A good combination of price and quality. I have only positive impressions, so I can safely recommend this hotel to those who are planning a trip to Veliky Novgorod.

Many thanks to the excellent hotel and the wonderful employee Diana at the reception. 10 out of 10. I liked everything very much, at a decent level, and soundly. The quality of the repair is impossible not to notice, everything is smooth, everything is working properly. When we were on the radio at the reception, they informed us that a jamb needed to be glued in such and such a room, that is, any little thing is instantly corrected here, when in other hotels they have not paid attention to this for years. Having visited many countries and seen different hotels, we can compare and evaluate the level. We are pleasantly surprised. After the trip, we even read about the AMAKS network, and it became interesting who was in charge of all this. High level, well done! The view from the balcony was wonderful, thanks to Diana. The rooms are quiet, clean, convenient location, close to the Kremlin, the hotel is right on the embankment, it was nice to sit there in the evening. Thank you for the warm welcome, will we come again????

The hotel is nice and the location is great. It's not far from the Kremlin. Everything is there, the breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. There is a parking lot

I liked the hotel. We checked in earlier than the scheduled time, upgraded the room category, fed a set lunch, and provided an additional pillow upon request. There are no comments. I recommend.

The hotel was renovated in the spring, so it's very clean, the furniture is new. The location is great. All the sights are nearby, the Kremlin is generally visible from the window.

Everything is just great, the room is great, the mattress is comfortable, clean, tidy, the breakfast is very decent, especially the congratulations on my birthday, very nice! Many thanks to the hotel administration!

A great hotel in the center with stunning views of the Volkhov and the Kremlin walls. Quiet and peaceful, no fuss around. We were here on July 26-27, 2026. The business room on the 3rd floor with a view of the river is simply beautiful. Although the room size is small, there is everything you need to relax.
