Visit: August 2026. A great chain hotel. Very convenient location, helpful, friendly staff, clean room, varied breakfasts.

The hotel's convenient location, many rooms offer views of the Volkhov River and the Novgorod Kremlin. There is a restaurant, a bar, and a summer veranda. A buffet breakfast is included in the accommodation. There is a rental service, and there is an offer of additional services. Parking for vehicles is free.

Friendly service. We checked in even earlier than 15.00. A budget room with a view of the courtyard. They brought a kettle to the room and cups at our request. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean. We took it without breakfast, everything is fine.

I have already visited this hotel twice and if I go to Novgorod again, I will choose it again. Firstly, the view in the rooms overlooking the river is amazing, and secondly, the location! Right on the embankment next to the Kremlin. Third, the numbers! Clean, there is everything you need, the business rooms are newly renovated. Fourth, nutrition. The buffet breakfasts are very varied and delicious, and you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant.

We chose this hotel because of its good location. Right on the banks of the Volkhov River and opposite the Kremlin. Upon arrival, we learned about the emergency shutdown of the hot water. We decided to stay anyway and our room category was upgraded to business class. They found a kettle in the room and offered to take a shower for the repair days, making an appointment in the room, which is equipped with a water heater. The staff was very polite and took care of us during our stay. Many thanks to the administrator Diana) One of the big advantages is that we arrived at 10 and were immediately checked in at no extra charge. And upon departure, you can leave your suitcases in a specially equipped room.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the city center is within walking distance, and the view from the room is stunning on the Kremlin and the river. You can take a walk near the pier, I recommend choosing the one with the entrance to the city, in the evening the embankment is illuminated, beautiful. The breakfast is a buffet, everything is very tasty and varied. Dinner was also bought, already a choice from the list. Breakfast is better. Friendly staff, helpful, friendly. I recommend

We stayed for 1 night and were satisfied. To begin with, they gave us a room for a higher category as soon as I said that we arrived on our wedding anniversary (and we did). The room is small but modern, with a view of the river and the Kremlin. The room has everything, there is not enough kettle, in my opinion. A very cool, high-tech bathroom. Breakfast, for an additional fee, is beyond praise. Variety, vegetables, hot dishes, watermelon, melon, pastries, honey in honeycombs. Nice girls at the reception, modern renovation, fresh. If we come to Veliky Novgorod again, then only here. The prices are reasonable, quite. It is possible with animals.

It's a lovely hotel. The location is just great, in our opinion, the best in the city. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly staff. The room is clean, with a view of Volkhov. We will definitely come again.
