I visited this hotel from October 14th to 15th, 2017. The hotel is rated 2 stars on booking. I was preparing for the harsh conditions of the overnight stay, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me :) The rooms are clean and, as it seemed to me, renovated, as everything is fresh. There were some flaws in the shower stall, but not critical ones. such as cracks between tiles. Although, I think it needs to be fixed. And the water in the sink was draining a little badly, but it wasn't critical either. So the bathroom and the shower are all clean, everything is fresh enough. The room's carpet is fresh and clean. The beds didn't creak, everything was fine, the bed linen and pillows were gorgeous-I slept like a baby! The balcony is clean, wide, and there are no partitions to the end-but that's how it's designed, you can view all the neighbors in both directions through a crack :) Audibility, perhaps, is like everywhere else who walks and talks in the corridor-you can hear them. There seemed to be silence from the neighboring rooms. No one bothered. The lighting is good. each crib has a bedside lamp and a bedside table. Everything is working properly. Cupboards, hangers, refrigerator -everything is there, everything is clean and everything is working. View of the river from the room. It's beautiful, actually... The rooms are not large, but there is enough space. There is a TV. It works :) I didn't go to breakfast, but we ate at the restaurant. The porridge was so-so, my friend had something delicious. I would give the hotel a solid 3 stars. It is located in the very center-that is, where it is needed)) It's not noisy, not by the roads, but in the park. I recommend the hotel for a long stay. Super!

We had a rest on June 3-7, 2017. All our expectations have been fulfilled: the staff is polite, the bed linen and towels are always clean, there are coolers with hot and chilled water in the lobby, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty, there was a buffet twice for breakfast. The restaurant is delicious, the dishes are served beautifully)), and outside the window are the walls of the Kremlin, which is just a stone's throw away. Alexander Nevsky Embankment is just a great place for a walk. We will definitely return to Novgorod and the Russia Hotel.

The rooms are clean, bed linen is changed regularly, and the staff is very helpful.

Last weekend, my wife and I were passing through Veliky Novgorod.We chose your hotel and were satisfied.The rooms are comfortable, and the view of the river is amazing.The prices are reasonable.I was pleased that after paying 3,000 rubles for two people, we had a delicious and hearty breakfast in the morning.I advise everyone to visit this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel on June 27-28. We last stayed at this hotel in 2012 and were pleasantly surprised by the changes. The facade of the hotel has been transformed, and the rooms have exceeded all expectations after renovation. I was very pleased with the free wi-fi throughout the hotel. We stayed with my son on March 15-16. We lived in a two-person "business". I liked everything very much. Contrary to his custom, the child went to bed at 20:00, he really liked it. I would especially like to mention the receptionist who worked on March 15th (unfortunately, I did not remember her name), very nice and friendly. The breakfast we were given in the morning was also on the same level. Thanks! We will definitely come to you for the next seminar!

We had a weekend vacation in Veliky Novgorod. We stayed at the Rossiya hotel on the advice of friends and did not regret it. A small hotel right on the riverbank, opposite the ancient Kremlin. Very friendly staff!!! We'll come again!!!
