I stayed at the Amaks Veliky Novgorod hotel for only three days, from April 9 to 11, but during this period I was able to assess the quality and accessibility of the services provided by the hotel. The accommodation and reception are fast and comfortable, the rooms are clean and homely, the quality of linen and the price of food is at a high level. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. When contacting the administrator and the booking department specialists, all issues are resolved quickly and without unnecessary emotions. Security personnel are available, they keep order, not intrusively. The breakfasts were included, the menu is very good, there are lean dishes. The hotel's location is close to the Kremlin, while having breakfast you can see the river and the Kremlin from the window, there are many beautiful places within walking distance. The room rate is not high, I recommend visiting the hotel, I give a rating of 5 out of 5. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel, starting with the receptionist, ending with the waiters in the restaurant and the cleaners of the premises!

I just love this grid, I often stop here for work! Excellent rooms, always clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. You can also take half or full board, it's also delicious and very satisfying! I recommend.
