The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Novgorod Kremlin. There are a lot of viewpoints nearby, a beautiful quiet promenade for hiking. The room had a view of the Kremlin, a two-room apartment with Euro renovation and air conditioning. Cleaning is daily, we provided a huge set of hygiene products for all residents (mini toothbrush / paste, comb, shaving kit, shower cap, washcloth, gel, shampoo, etc.) Buffet meals, but we also used the restaurant menu - the portions are large, the taste is at a high level. The hotel's receptionist immediately responded to requests and resolved any issues that arose. The service is excellent.

Excellent service and convenient location of the hotel. We arrived from St. Petersburg at about 10 o'clock, although check-in at 15.00 we were settled without any problems, which was very pleasant because it was raining heavily outside. We paid extra for breakfast, 750 rubles per adult, because we arrived ahead of time (breakfast is included in the price). The breakfast menu includes an assortment for different consumers, cereals, omelets, cheeses, pastries, meat dishes and...... Coffee of very good quality. The room is clean, everything is there for personal hygiene. Considering that we came to see the city and its sights and had a place to relax, the hotel meets our requirements 100%. We will advise our friends and acquaintances.

And the service is just space: we barely had time to get up from the table, and it was already clean. The waiters are great! Svetlana Ivanovna, the head of the restaurant, is a special charm. She's so sweet and friendly! And how nice that you personally brought us scrambled eggs — it will be remembered for a long time! By the way, there were some minor problems with cleanliness in the spring, but now everything is perfect! It is clear that the restaurant is developing and getting better. Now we're planning a dinner at your place — I really enjoyed it! And of course, we will advise all our friends. Thank you for a great breakfast!

This hotel is a real godsend! The rooms are normal, without frills, but everything you need is there, and most importantly, the view from the window is simply overwhelming. River, evening, lighting... I think we just stood and admired for half an hour. And breakfast in a restaurant is a different story. It's so delicious that I want to try everything! And not just "delicious", but high-quality: it is clear that the chefs are trying their best. And the choice is huge — the eyes run away. But Svetlana Ivanovna, the head of the restaurant, was the most impressed. She is so warm, attentive, and it is immediately felt that it is important for her that the guests feel good. Thanks to her, breakfast turned into a small treat. In general, if you are in these parts, feel free to choose this hotel. We will definitely come again!

I want to share my pleasant impressions of a recent weekend at your hotel. From the first minutes of our stay, we felt the high level of service and professional approach to the guests. The reception exceeded all expectations — the employee not only quickly arranged for us, but also provided valuable recommendations on the sights of the city. I am especially pleased that the staff showed flexibility and courtesy by feeding us breakfast half an hour earlier than the official start time. The breakfast left an exceptionally positive impression. The menu was varied and delicious. The evening dinner and afternoon business lunch exceeded our expectations. The magnificent view from the windows and the excellent quality of the dishes created an unforgettable atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful stay and attentive attitude to the guests. We will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues, and on our next visit to the city we will definitely stay with you again.

We recently stayed at this hotel during a short two-day trip and were very satisfied! The accommodation turned out to be excellent — the room is comfortable and cozy, although it is worth noting the good audibility (this did not become a problem for us, since I use earplugs). Separately, I would like to tell you about the restaurant at the hotel-it's just great!I was especially impressed with the draniki with red fish — the dish is above all praise, I definitely recommend you try it. The service is at a high level: the waiters are attentive, friendly, and respond promptly to all requests.
