The hotel has just been renovated, so it is clean, new furniture and plumbing and linen. Everything is great. The hotel quietly "pulls" on 4*. We took a room with breakfast and did not regret it, a great selection of dishes, and coffee beans. The staff girls are very friendly. As a compliment, we have increased the status of the room at no extra charge. The hotel is located on the banks of the Volkhov River, a 5-minute walk to the Gorbaty Bridge and the Kremlin is visible from the windows. Nearby Yaroslavovo Dvorishche and the ancient Shopping Mall.

the view of Volkhov is wonderful, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need, the staff is friendly, we were checked in earlier and on the day of departure we left things in the luggage room for the whole day - thanks for such care! The breakfasts are super varied. The hotel is beyond praise. Sometimes it's a little noisy outside, but you can close the window and turn on the air conditioner. Thank you, AMAKS, we will recommend you to our friends!

A good hotel with the best location (in the historical part, near the Kremlin, Yaroslav's Courtyard, on the banks of the Volkhov River). The staff is polite. The room is clean, everything is working (refrigerator, hairdryer, TV). The food in the restaurant is delicious (you can't take it with you, though). Towels and shampoo-gel are available in the room. Other items (slippers, shower cap, etc.) are available on request. There is a ramp, a large elevator and rooms for people with limited mobility.

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful view of the Kremlin and Volkhov. We lived in a two-room family room with four people, everything was fine. Only the refrigerator is too small for our family))). Bike rental is very successful, we rode along the embankment with pleasure. The restaurant serves complex lunches (up to 16) and dinners (from 18) according to its menu.

Nice hotel in the city center. There is a Detinets on the other side of Volkhov. We left at three in the morning and gave breakfast (rations) with us. Double room with air conditioning, with shower. I liked it.

Sooo liked the hotel! We are here now, writing so that we don't forget. Everything is clean, super polite staff. The breakfasts are such that a company of soldiers will overeat and still remain. Very diverse. Before that, I read reviews that there wasn't enough food. I do not know how to eat so that there is not enough. There is everything you can think of for breakfast, starting from fried chicken, pasta and pickles, ending with watermelons, eclairs, marmalades. For 2 days, there were casseroles, cheesecakes, omelets, scrambled eggs, various cereals, yoghurts, pies, muesli, honey on honeycombs, etc. There is enough for everyone, we even came to the end of breakfast and the cook brought out a new tray with casserole, although there are still a couple of pieces left on the old one. As a compliment, the hotel put us in a room with a view of the Kremlin, although we chose a cheaper one with a view of the courtyard. The room is clean, everything you need is in it. We are very satisfied. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come again!

A good hotel with a good location, leaving the hotel you immediately get to the embankment opposite the Kremlin. The room has everything you need except a kettle and tea. There is a water cooler on the floor. The rooms have modern renovation, comfortable bed and mattress. Breakfast buffet. You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel's cafe for an additional fee. I liked the hotel.

Very nice hotel, I'm staying for the second time. We had a big room. A very tasty and varied breakfast buffet. Delicious coffee. The room is clean. Friendly service. View of the Volkhov River. Close to the Kremlin. I am very pleased, thank you so much for the reception!

A wonderful hotel! Very nice rooms! Everything is clean, there is a washing kit, toothpaste, brush, discs, cotton swabs! The staff is friendly and helpful! The location is amazing: on the river bank. Near the ship station, attractions, the Kremlin, everything is within walking distance. There is also a bus stop, but we walked. I will be happy to use the Amaks hotel chain from now on!
