It's a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, cozy, calm and convenient location.

The hotel is in a great location, on the banks of the Volkhov River, almost opposite the Kremlin. It's a pity that we didn't stay long (from evening to morning), but we appreciated the comfort of the rooms. The room is clean. The bed linen, towels, and plumbing are the cleanest. TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, one-time sets (toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, shower cap, shoe sponge and slippers). The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. We had a Standard room with a view of the river. There was an extra bed in the room, so we were perfectly accommodated with the child. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price.

We were very satisfied.Excellent location, which makes it possible to visit and explore the sights of the city, hiking and boating. This time, the arrival coincided with the celebration of the city's birthday, which we were kindly informed about at the reception, we visited both sides of the Volkhov River, where performances of various bands took place for two days. I was very touched that, at our request, the reception immediately replaced the reserved room with a view of the river with another, quieter one with windows to the courtyard, as we requested. We thank the administration and the staff of the hotel for the delicious breakfasts and friendly attitude. Thank you, we recommend it to your friends and relatives!

The room is well renovated, everything you need is there, the breakfasts are very tasty, a large selection of dishes, good service, convenient location and a beautiful view from the window, I recommend

We stayed with our family for 2 nights.We really liked it.Our breakfasts were included, and there was a great selection of food on the buffet.The food is delicious.The restaurant has a children's room.The rooms are clean.The bed and towels are snow-white.We had a room with a view of the river.Gorgeous view, gorgeous sunsets.There was everything you needed in the room.In general, we really liked it!)Thank you very much.

It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are decent. There is a river nearby. There is a parking lot. It's a quiet place. You can relax.

The room was Business, overlooking the river, with breakfast! The buffet breakfast is varied! The location is excellent. 5-7 minutes walk to the Kremlin. The service is excellent! Clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white! The staff is responsive and solves all problems quickly! Breakfasts for every taste!

How many years have I been traveling here, the best hotel in Novgorod???? wonderful hotel, view of the Volkhov River, the Kremlin ???? or to the park, where the audibility is good, and the rooms themselves are at a high level???? Nice and not expensive hotel. It is located on the river bank, next to the Kremlin. The view from the hotel will pleasantly surprise you in the morning. It is located in the city center. I recommend it for family stays and business trips. The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry.
