Nice hotel. We took a business with a view of the river. View-you'll rock! The hotel was renovated, but nothing interfered with the rest. The rooms are renovated and clean. I would like to note the price-quality ratio of services: excellent balance. The hotel is located in a great place to travel to Novgorod. The breakfasts are ordinary and good. We recommend the hotel, we plan to stay there ourselves in the future.

The excellent location of the hotel is on the embankment, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Volkhva River and the Kremlin with St. Sophia Cathedral. The room is very cozy, clean, panoramic Windows on the balcony. My daughter and I really enjoyed everything. Thank you so much to the staff for their care!!! ❤ Lived from 30.04 to 05/01/2026.

Clean room, very helpful staff. All the windows were open in the room, it was very cold, and the situation was fixed very quickly. Everything is great!

The impression of staying at the hotel is only positive. Firstly, it is located in a great location, with beautiful views, close to the main attractions, with access to the embankment. Secondly, it's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Thirdly, we stopped by the hotel on Easter Sunday and were greeted at the reception desk by a table with Easter treats. So sweet, family-friendly. And my arrival at the hotel coincided with my birthday, and then the pleasant surprises continued))) we were offered a family, large room instead of the previously booked one (although it may be related to something else, but it was super nice). At the breakfast (buffet - everything was very pleasant), a sweet gift was brought. Then I waited for a gift at the reception desk -a glass, a pen, a keychain with the AMAKS logo. It feels so good. Thank you. We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Let's come back again!!!

Nice place, the rooms are quite cozy. There is a buffet in the morning. The food is all delicious, the cocoa from the coffee machine is just fire! The location is right in the city center, with a view of the Kremlin from the room's balcony. The hotel is clean, the only thing on the third floor (as of 26/27.03.26) was renovated, not noisy, but there is no finishing. But still, all the advantages outweigh those only few disadvantages.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location in Novgorod. New modern and clean rooms after renovation, cozy, great views of the river and the city. Breakfast is a buffet with an abundance of delicious dishes. The promotion also included dinner with a glass of wine. We were with my wife at the end of April 2026, very satisfied. It's hard to find something better for the price offered. Thanks to the staff and management.
