The hotel is located in a picturesque location, on the river bank, overlooking the Novgorod Kremlin. We attended the competition in early April, booked a double business room, the hotel is undergoing renovation, but this did not interfere with the stay at all. Bright, cozy, clean room with everything you need, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, slippers, spoon and sponges for shoes, glasses in the room, cooler with cold and hot water on the floor. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, toothbrushes, soap, gel, shampoo. We took a room with breakfast, we were very satisfied, the buffet was great, the selection was great, everything was delicious and fresh. The staff was polite, and the check-in process was quick. I really liked that the site has functions for selecting the necessary parameters, such as early check-in, late check-out, with breakfast, without breakfast, everything is scheduled by the hour and prices, very convenient. All the sights of the city are within walking distance from the hotel, and the train station is 10 minutes away by taxi. I really liked everything, thank you!!!! If we happen to go to Veliky Novgorod again, we will definitely stop here.

Great hotel. We have already stayed there several times. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are always personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Cleaning is carried out regularly. The breakfast is hearty and varied. I definitely recommend it!)

I really liked the breakfasts, and they were delicious and quite varied. Lunches and dinners are more modest. Probably the best hotel location in Veliky Novgorod. Across the river, the Kremlin is located, there are many temples nearby, many of them are under reconstruction, probably in a few years it will be beautiful there. The hotel staff is polite and professional, there were no complaints. I recommend the hotel, for your money, a very good option.

It's a great hotel. Apparently, major repairs have been recently carried out. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes for breakfast. A very interesting menu made from local recipes.

I brought the children on a field trip, and they placed us in Russia The rooms facing the embankment are quite comfortable, with a balcony. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator. Hair dryer, hygiene is normal. I was satisfied! Thank you, Russia! There is a buffet for breakfast. We were pleased with the choice of dishes, and we were lucky enough to enjoy honey from the honeycombs. Freshly squeezed carrot juice, cottage cheese and honey in honeycombs - a dream breakfast!!!The dishes from the tables are collected by a robot cat! The restaurant hall is huge, spacious, and gorgeous!

A wonderful customer-oriented hotel. It's not the first time we've stopped. Budget prices are a decent service. We booked via WhatsApp, the manager is always in touch. Were you pleased with the discount you learned about upon check-in???? Did you get a free room upgrade???? As well as free late check-out before 13:00!! Comfortable mattresses and decent plumbing in the shower.

The new rooms (with views of Volkhov and Detinets) are just cool! Service for 5 points. In the hotel restaurant, you will be served by a dish collector robot: it's very cool, especially if you are with children. I repeat, the main value of the hotel is the magical view of the Volkhov River and the Detinets Kremlin.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance. The location is 10 out of 10. The room had a view of the embankment, the view was gorgeous. It was a surprise that there is no kettle and cutlery in the room (be prepared for this). You need to ask for a toothbrush and other small things, which is written in black and white on the sign in the bathroom. Otherwise, there are no complaints.
