We liked the hotel, the rooms are clean. There is a large selection of dishes for breakfast. We liked everything.

A very decent three-piece (***). If someone expects a three-star hotel, a five-star hotel service, then, of course, this is stupid. Excellent hotel- price-quality ratio. The location is perfect, the embankment will also be completed, it will be very cool. We had a family room on the second floor with a view of the river, the view was great, the room was clean. The reception staff will always help. A pleasant impression of the hotel.

We were in Novgorod at three. We ordered a one-bed room with a view of the river, but the view was not very good since the embankment was under construction. We liked everything, the food was delicious (it was breakfast).

Hello, we were your guests from Kronstadt, at your Amaks Russia hotel. We came just for the Christmas weekend on January 6-7. I, my name is Marina and my niece Diana, stayed only one night, but we are very pleased with our arrival. It is very clean, cozy and comfortable, and no matter that there is no special luxury, everything is very good... The windows of our room where we were staying overlook the Velikaya River and the walls of the Novgorod Kremlin. The staff is polite, good-natured, and just lovely. Thank you for the warm Christmas welcome!!!!

We stayed at this hotel during the coldest days of January: January 6.7 and January 8, 2023.We were afraid it would be cold in the room, but it was very warm. The room itself is cozy and comfortable, with a nice comfortable bed and good linens.We liked everything. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and delicious food. The chefs cook very well. We really liked the hotel. On our next visit to Veliky Novgorod, we will stay at this hotel again.

I really liked it. Close to the center. Now the embankment in front of the hotel is being renovated and soon it will be possible to walk along the embankment to the hotel-it's just great! Very nice staff. The touches of the past are visible, but the rooms and the entrance group are new. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. And this is probably the only negative.
