A wonderful customer-oriented hotel. It's not the first time we've stopped. Budget prices are a decent service. We booked via WhatsApp, the manager is always in touch. Were you pleased with the discount you learned about upon check-in???? Did you get a free room upgrade???? As well as free late check-out before 13:00!! Comfortable mattresses and decent plumbing in the shower.

The new rooms (with views of Volkhov and Detinets) are just cool! Service for 5 points. In the hotel restaurant, you will be served by a dish collector robot: it's very cool, especially if you are with children. I repeat, the main value of the hotel is the magical view of the Volkhov River and the Detinets Kremlin.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance. The location is 10 out of 10. The room had a view of the embankment, the view was gorgeous. It was a surprise that there is no kettle and cutlery in the room (be prepared for this). You need to ask for a toothbrush and other small things, which is written in black and white on the sign in the bathroom. Otherwise, there are no complaints.

Location. Opposite the Kremlin. Beautiful view of the embankment. Parking is available. It's not very big. The room is large. Breakfast was included in the price. The assortment is good. There is a disadvantage. The roof was being repaired. And everything was thrown down, the roar was strong and the dust. I had to close the windows. But this is temporary during the day. That's why I didn't lower my grade.

Excellent hotel, good location on the banks of the Volkhov River. Nearby is a beautiful new embankment, Yaroslavovo Dvorishche, on the opposite side of the Kremlin. The only disadvantage for older guests is that there is no elevator, and it can be difficult to climb to the 3rd floor with suitcases. As it is, the hotel is wonderful

Wonderful location! The Kremlin is a 6-minute walk away, along the beautiful embankment and across the pedestrian bridge over the river. We booked a room with a view of the river, it's something extraordinary. The room's balcony offers a beautiful view of the Kremlin and the Volkhov River. The room is clean, bright, with a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator. The hotel has its own parking, bike rental, and a restaurant (we didn't eat there, I can't say anything about the quality). There are a lot of people, a lot of young people come to sports camps, so it may seem a bit noisy, there are no chain stores nearby, you will need to walk for 15 minutes, there is no elevator to the second floor (keep this in mind). But in general, the hotel is wonderful, if in Veliky Novgorod, then only here.

I stayed at the Amaks Veliky Novgorod hotel for only three days, from April 9 to 11, but during this period I was able to assess the quality and accessibility of the services provided by the hotel. The accommodation and reception are fast and comfortable, the rooms are clean and homely, the quality of linen and the price of food is at a high level. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. When contacting the administrator and the booking department specialists, all issues are resolved quickly and without unnecessary emotions. Security personnel are available, they keep order, not intrusively. The breakfasts were included, the menu is very good, there are lean dishes. The hotel's location is close to the Kremlin, while having breakfast you can see the river and the Kremlin from the window, there are many beautiful places within walking distance. The room rate is not high, I recommend visiting the hotel, I give a rating of 5 out of 5. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel, starting with the receptionist, ending with the waiters in the restaurant and the cleaners of the premises!

I just love this grid, I often stop here for work! Excellent rooms, always clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. You can also take half or full board, it's also delicious and very satisfying! I recommend.
