Before the trip to Veliky Novgorod (Russia Hotel) - on the 30th we read a number of negative reviews and drove without mood. However!!! Everything turned out WELL!!! Of course, people write reviews and ratings from comparing their visits and pampering with others. ALL comments in the reviews have been eliminated for today. The room is cozy, the linen is excellent, it is warm, the cleaners visited the room every morning, the WATER is hot, but at first it is necessary to drain the stagnant cold water a little. Recent repairs are visible. Service 5, staff 5, room 5, food 5. We especially celebrate the New Year's Banquet: - all the guests were well placed, guests from St. Petersburg came and there were many locals - serving and assortment of food and dishes - we haven't seen it in other places yet - staff service is very good - presenters and musical accompaniment until 3 a.m., all the guests especially at the tables and did not sit WE HAD A GREAT NEW YEAR!!! There is only one drawback - not a single glass of champagne was drunk. Artyom, the tour guide, told us a lot of great things, worked closely with us and defended our interests, always robbed us on time, rating 5. The Chinese bus is not bad, clean and warm, the driver always parked us comfortably. We were satisfied with the trip and the excursions.

The air conditioner works perfectly, which, by the way, is rare. Friendly and attentive staff, ready to help at any time. All the hotel staff really care about your comfort. Convenient location of the hotel: close to the sights. It's easy to get to the Kremlin! We were satisfied! We recommend the hotel!

Good afternoon. I want to tell you about the AMAKS Rossiya hotel in Veliky Novgorod. Honestly, I liked everything, the location is 5 minutes walk to the Kremlin, polite staff, cozy rooms, food. It was a bit of a long check-in, but we had a major check-in, we checked in later, but we were also allowed to leave later, for which thank you very much! I advise everyone, the price and quality match!

Excellent location with a view of the Volkhov River and the Novgorod Kremlin, right in the center. The room is clean. The sound insulation is good, the neighbors are almost inaudible. The breakfast is delicious. Of the disadvantages when the window is open, due to the fact that the balconies are separated by a decorative insert and are essentially all in the same space, if the neighbors on the neighboring balconies decide to enjoy the view of the river and talk loudly, they will be clearly audible when the windows are open in the room.

Excellent combination of price and quality. Politely. Carefully. With care and cordiality. I arrived late and overslept, but I was invited to breakfast anyway. Great place!
