We stayed with a family, 2 adults and 2 children for two nights. We had a family room with breakfast. We lived on the 3rd floor, room 360. Even rooms have a view of the courtyard, odd rooms have a view of the river and the Kremlin. We booked in two days, so we got what we got) But it turned out that it was also good without a beautiful view from the window, because they only came to sleep))
We had everything we needed in our room - air conditioning, refrigerator, tea and coffee capsules, kettle and coffee machine, bathroom and hygiene kits, slippers, drinking water, safe. There are mosquito nets on the windows (I read reviews, some rooms don't have them, it turns out).
The most important thing for me is clean, snow-white towels and bed linen. The room has a double bed (two double beds) with an excellent mattress and pillows + a pull-out sofa + a pull-out armchair. With the sofa and armchair disassembled, there is still enough room in the room for 4 people. I saw other rooms when cleaning - much smaller in size.
The hotel is located just fine, facing the street - in front of you is the embankment.
The breakfasts were good, the children ate with pleasure.
The audibility is really quite strong. But we were lucky, the neighbors on the floor turned out to be well-mannered people))) No one made any noise or slammed the door. We slept great! Once, just before going to bed, I heard a woman in the hallway knocking on someone's room and asking them to calm down... If all the guests of the hotel understand that they are not alone here and someone can relax, then there will be much less problems.
Overall, I think the hotel is quite good.
Thanks to the staff for their hospitality! Our family was very comfortable at the Amaks Hotel in Veliky Novgorod.
