The hotel is located on the river bank, near the pedestrian bridge over the river to the historical center of the city. The room is comfortable, clean, everything is there. We are satisfied!

Very cozy and clean room. A gorgeous 2-bedroom bed. The cleanest bathroom, a wonderful breakfast, which was included in the price. Good staff.

It is convenient to stop by car. The breakfast is a buffet, not bad. I especially liked the pancakes, which were baked right in the hall. The Kremlin is directly opposite across the Volkhov River, a 15-minute walk away.

The rooms are cozy and very clean. The furniture is in excellent condition. The receptionists are incredibly tactful and very helpful. The breakfast was a buffet - a large selection of food and drinks, and everything was incredibly delicious! Thank you for the service!)))

Quite! Not bad. The breakfast is varied. Dinner was ordered in advance, and 2 different dishes were brought, though without a choice (salad, hot dishes, pastries). Everything is delicious. Room with a view of Volkhov, clean, quite decent. There is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor, you can make tea. In short, we liked it. I recommend. It was 2 nights.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. The location was very pleasant, all the sights are within a 5-minute walk. The view from the window opened onto the Volkhov River and the fortress. The hotel itself is very cozy, the staff is very friendly and courteous. All questions were answered clearly and to the point. The breakfast at this hotel is excellent, there are many dishes for different tastes, which was very pleasant. The room facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable and it sleeps sweetly) In general, everything was at the highest level! Now we still have a discount card) We will travel more often and stay in your hotels) Thank you for your hospitality)

The buffet breakfast included in the small price of the hotel is Mega cool! And very, very tasty! This is the first time I've seen this in Russia. There is also a 2-star hotel. Super clean! Everywhere! There were also more star hotels for a much higher price, but it was not as clean as here! Friendly staff!

I would like to recommend it - the hotel has a very convenient location - it is located in the very center, with beautiful access to the Volkhov River, comfortable rooms, a varied and delicious breakfast, if we visit Veliky Novgorod, we will definitely stay here again.

I liked everything, including the attitude of the staff, it was excellent. Good breakfast, cozy room, not expensive guarded Parking. There are many interesting sights near the hotel. Everything was fine. I could hear the neighbors a little, but it didn't bother me at all.
