Courteous staff, very good price-quality-location ratio. The room is clean, good sound insulation.

The room is spacious, bright, clean, with a large window and a large and comfortable bed. I really liked the breakfast, especially the casserole. There was no sausage glaze, but that wasn't a problem, there was buckwheat, boiled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, and more + natural coffee and pastries. The staff is kindly requested to cover hot dishes with lids so that they do not cool down. The parking lot is slightly sloped, probably because of the snow and everything is very slippery, but it's good that no sand or salt was poured, otherwise it would be dirty.

I liked everything - the location in the city center on the river bank, the cleanliness in the room, the beds were beautiful, comfortable mattresses, and there was a large shower in the bathroom. A second pillow and slippers are provided on request. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are very good, and there is a large selection of hot dishes for every taste. If desired, you can have a delicious dinner in the restaurant for very reasonable money. The price/quality ratio is perfect. I can only recommend this hotel for your stay.

The room is clean, bright and warm, with a TV and a bathroom.a node. The hotel is quiet, well renovated, snow-white linens, comfortable pillows and a mattress. On the first day, the breakfast was continental, on the second - buffet. We ate too much both days)). The balcony offers a magnificent view of the river and the sights. Convenient parking right in front of the hotel for a nominal 10 rubles per hour. All attractions are within walking distance. I was pleased with the price!

The location is gorgeous. The view from the room is fabulous. The road across the bridge to the Kremlin is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and competent. Great room and facilities. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Good lunch boxes helped out on the road. Excellent organization of the hotel's work. Thanks!

Amazing rooms! Courteous staff, both at the reception and throughout the hotel. Nice bathroom set, bathrobes. No mosquitoes, interesting view from the window. Quiet, enough TV channels. Dinner is a great choice, only one disadvantage is coffee from the car. But it's not critical, I don't take off the star for this, because breakfast, which by the way is included in the room rate, a buffet, compensates for all the shortcomings - fresh pastries, fruits and juices. If suddenly life brings you to Veliky Novgorod again, then only to you. Thank you for the service and hospitality!
