First of all, the location. Nice room price/quality. There was not enough air conditioning. Excellent buffet breakfast. Complex lunches/dinners (very tasty) were offered for a reasonable price. You can also eat "according to the menu". There are bicycles for rent.

A great hotel, we took a large family room, it's probably 35-40 meters, Refrigerator, air conditioning, large TV, 2 double beds and 2 for children. There are shoe sponges, slippers, dental kits, soap and shower gel dispensers in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Large free parking.

The staff is very pleasant, everyone is friendly from the guards to the maids, taking into account the Russian service in principle, it was very unexpected and pleasant. Keep it up !

Good location of the hotel. Beautiful view of the Kremlin and the river. The business class room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The windows overlook the courtyard. Quietly. There is no air conditioning in the room. But it didn't matter to us, because it wasn't hot. We liked it here. We will be happy to come back again.

Very nice hotel! Great location, very attentive staff, delicious food for breakfast and just in the restaurant. Very prompt response of staff to requests. Our room windows did not face the river - the silence was lulling)).

The hotel is located on the banks of the Volkhov River, opposite the Novgorod Kremlin (near it there is a sandy beach).It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Kremlin.walking. Excellent staff and quality of service.

Everything is wonderful! The hotel's location is within walking distance from the center, the rooms are clean and cozy, free Wi-Fi, all amenities. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Close location to the Kremlin, convenient Parking, hearty breakfast, price-quality. The room was clean, but it seemed a bit compact, in particular the toilet. But in general, it is very good for an unassuming traveler. The location is close to the main attraction of the city and most importantly in the center. Beautiful view of the Volkhov river.
