Great hotel!!!! The view from the window is directly on the Kremlin! The rooms are small, but very clean, new! The breakfast is wonderful! The best option in the very center of the city!

We traveled with our family, we came to Novgorod for Maslenitsa. I'll start with the excellent location - the view of the Volkhov and the Kremlin is fascinating, very beautiful. The hotel has its own convenient parking. You can walk along the scenic road to the main attractions. The staff is very pleasant, polite and helpful. We settled in quickly and cheerfully. The room has everything you need, but you need to take your own slippers, bathrobe, and washing facilities. We took business rooms, nice, clean, but there are no views (all Windows overlook the courtyard). The breakfasts are good, there is everything basic, delicious milk. The dinner was a la carte, the cuisine was excellent, but the excellent staff and live music corrected the impression. In general, we are very satisfied, we will come again.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions. The work of the reception service is excellent, fast, polite, friendly. The room provided is the one that was booked. The room is clean, the linen and towels are fresh and snow-white. The balcony has a wonderful view of the river and the Kremlin. The bathroom is small, soap and gel are in dispensers, there is no hair dryer. Drinking water in coolers in the lobby. Parking in front of the hotel. The breakfasts are excellent, there is a large selection, everything is delicious. The Wi-Fi works in the rooms, it's pretty fast.

This is our first trip to Veliky Novgorod. We booked two Superior class rooms with a view (of ourselves and relatives). They asked for an early check-in and accommodation with a pet. All requests were clearly and correctly executed. However, an additional 1,000 rubles is charged for the placement of a pet. The reception staff and maids are very attentive, helpful and polite. I liked the hotel itself too. View from the window directly on the Volkhov River and the Kremlin! The rooms are small, but very comfortable and cozy. There is everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the linen is fresh and clean. Lots of towels. The shower and bathroom are serviceable and comfortable. TV has many cable channels. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Kremlin. Parking is right under the windows. It is quite comfortable, spacious, safe and free. Separately, I would like to say about breakfast. He exceeded all expectations. Food for every taste! Vegetables, sliced, three types of porridges, broth, olivier, side dishes (rice, pasta), fritters, pancakes, sausages, omelette, cottage cheese casserole, lobio, juices, kefir, yogurt, desserts, tea, coffee and more, and more!!! Just a belly feast! And to top it off, we were allowed a late check-out! I would like to come again! And the price for the room is very humane! The hotel also offered lunches and dinners... Only 500 rubles per person.

Great location. All historical sites are within walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Polite staff. They respond instantly to customer requests. Friendly and smiling! I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!

The hotel is listed as 3 stars, but our room exceeded expectations. Very clean, excellent sound insulation. The breakfast is good. A great nice birthday compliment. But I had to beg for a corkscrew :-)
