We stayed for one night. I really liked the hotel! The room is well renovated, all plumbing works perfectly, perfect cleanliness. Very nice prices. The view of the river is excellent! There was no declared buffet for breakfast, because there were very few guests in the hotel, but despite this, the breakfast was hearty, and the coffee was especially good. The location of the hotel is the best in the city - a beautiful embankment, near the Gorbaty Bridge, the Kremlin, Bolshaya Moskovskaya Street. If we come to Novgorod again, we will come only to "Russia". Thank you very much!

The hotel is not bad, the food is good, the rooms are comfortable, but the pillows are just DISGUSTING, my neck aches after a night of such torture, please buy normal pillows, do not torment the guests. Sleep is the most important factor of good mood and well-being. Thanks????

We stayed at the hotel this weekend on 29-30/11, the hotel left the most pleasant impressions, we thank the reception manager Diana (who worked on 29/11),very polite treatment of customers,checked in at 12-00,instead of 15-00, the weather is not good outside, but the hotel staff is friendly, delicious breakfast, the room is comfortable and comfortable. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, we are satisfied with everything, attitude, location (close to the old town and the Kremlin, beautiful view of the embankment). I work in a travel agency, I recommend the hotel to tourists. Thank you for your hospitality!

A picturesque location on the banks of the Volkhov River with a view of the Kremlin! The rooms are cozy and clean. Meals - buffet - wide selection. Friendly staff... Nice hotel - I recommend it!!!

I liked everything. I would especially like to highlight the quality and variety of the range of dishes for breakfast, I was very, very surprised. The staff is friendly and understanding. We arrived around ten in the morning, it was raining and we didn't even apply to check in, we thought to wait in the lobby, but they put us in a room and offered to take an additional breakfast, 750 rubles per person, which is really great. Everything is fresh, delicious and suitable for anyone, even a fastidious customer. The assortment includes white pickled mushrooms, honey in honeycombs, potato chips and....... We took breakfast extra, because we arrived earlier, and so it is included in the price. The rooms are clean and have everything you need to relax. The location is very convenient, all the sights are within walking distance. In short, we will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

A good comfortable hotel, the rooms are equipped with good isolated shower cabins, modern decoration, cleanliness, interior decoration with abstract paintings, but with taste! The beds are comfortable, the bed linen and bath linen are snow-white. The restaurant has both a bespoke menu and a buffet, and there is a bar. The prices are also quite reasonable for ordinary people.

I went for a walk around the city, the location of the hotel and the comfort are great! The price of the room and the ease of ordering on the hotel's website are the best and simplest, confirmation is immediate, as a compliment they gave the room an order of magnitude higher, it's just a gift for a vacation, thank you very much!!! Parking is super. I would especially like to mention the restaurant, the price is lower than in the restaurants of the city and the portion is huge, unexpectedly pleasant, for me the indicator is a salad with crispy eggplant - the price and quality are super. I took an American breakfast for breakfast and was shocked by the amount: oatmeal porridge, 3 pancakes with cottage cheese, 2 sausages with beans and an egg, naturally could not overcome. Of course I will recommend it and I will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!
